How to get to Tumbler Ridge: The community of Tumbler Ridge, BC and the surrounding areas can be accessed by vehicle and air.

By Vehicle:
From Prince Rupert: Travel east on the Yellowhead Trans Canada Hwy (#16) to Prince George . From Prince George follow Highway 97 north towards Chetwynd and Dawson Creek. From Chetwynd, BC follow Highway 29 south to the community of Tumbler Ridge. From Dawson Creek follow Highway 52 south to the community of Tumbler Ridge.

From Alberta: Travel west on the Yellowhead Hwy (#16) from the province of Alberta to Prince George, BC, Canada. From Prince George follow Highway 97 north towards Dawson Creek. From Dawson Creek follow Highway 52 south to the community of Tumbler Ridge.

From South BC: To connect to Hwy #16 from the south of the province follow Hwy #97 from Hope, BC (east of Vancouver BC) to Prince George then to Dawson Creek then head south to Tumbler Ridge.

By Air:
There is a small airfield south of Tumbler Ridge, BC referred to as the Tumbler Ridge Airfield. The air strip services mostly private and charter planes.
